Allen, John died Oct. 17 1872, aged 81 years, 6 months & 23 days. John married Azuba (or Azubah) Read, the youngest daughter of Isaac Read, Sr. and Mary Shackleton. They had one child, a daughter named Alenah Marie Allen, before Azuba died. John's second wife's name was Elizabeth. They had at least one child, a son named John C. Allen. John and Azubah are buried behind Azubah's paternal grandparents, Joseph and Sarah (Sutton) Read. Their daughter and son are buried in Swayze Cemetery. Alenah married Epentus Everitt.

Allen, Azuba Foot stone marked "A.A." next to John Allen's stone. The head stone is gone. Azubah Allen was the daughter of Isaac Read, Sr. and Mary Shackleton. She was born 25 April 1803 and died 2 September 1823, age 20 years, 4 months, and 8 days.

Cooke, Margaret Ann "Peggy", see Aaron Read. Maiden name is not given on the stone.

Coursen, Sarah Ann, see Aaron Read.

Crisman, Angeline, see Sampson Howell

Crisman, C.L., 1806-1879; Sally Ann, his wife 1812-1898. Initials on bottom of stone: S.A.C./C.L.C. Charles L. Crisman was the son of of Isaac Crisman and Susan Shippen, and a brother of Angline Crisman Howell (see Sampson Howell) and Oscar Crisman (see Elizabeth Crisman). Sally Ann Crisman was born Sally Ann Hawk.

Crisman, Elizabeth, wife of Oscar Crisman, Died June 8, 1886, Aged 61 years. Elizabeth was born Elizabeth A. McMurtrie. Her husband Oscar was the son of Isaac Crisman and Susan Shippen, and a brother of Angline Crisman Howell (see Sampson Howell) and Charles L. Crisman (see above).

Davis, Mark W. In Memory of Mark W. Davis who died July 16th 1850 Aged 45 Years, 4 months & 12 days. Mark W. Davis was the husband of Ann Read, daughter of Samuel Read and Maria Freese. He is buried with two of their sons who died as infants, Jerome and Jerome B. Davis. Their graves rare to the right of his. Ann is not buried in Union Brick. She is suppose to be buried in Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Newark, New Jersey (11-22-04).

Jerome B. son of Mark W. and Ann Davis, died August 11, 1846 [rest illegible]. Jerome B. Davis was the fourth child and third son of Mark and Ann (Read) Davis. He was born 18 July 1846. Jerome is buried to the left of his elder brother, another Jerome Davis who died at about the age of three (11-22-04).

Jerome son of Mark W. and Ann Davis, died January 9th 1834 [rest illegible]. Jerome Davis was the third child and second son of Mark and Ann (Read) Davis. He was born 22 January 1831. Jerome is buried to the right of his younger brother, another Jerome Davis who died as an infant (photo 11-22-04).
