If you're struggling to save your neighborhood or the environment from a poorly planned development project, then we'd like to lend a hand free of charge.  First of all, our advice by phone is always available free to citizen advocates.

Additionally, mail us project plans and we'll look them over free of charge for opportunities to resolve harmful effects.  Please include a one- or two-page letter describing your concerns, what you'd like to accomplish, and any imminent deadlines.

Finally, you can download our free 280-page book, How To Win Land Development Issues, which was written by CEDS president Richard Klein.  But if time is short and a proposed development project poses a serious threat to your quality of life, then consider hiring CEDS to conduct a quick, low-cost initial strategy analysis.
