1. Q: Why are your rates so low?

    A: We can afford to keep rates low because we are a small company. 

2. Q: What does an extra graphic cost?

    A: It would vary with the complexity and intricacy of the graphic.

3. Q: Why does my web page load so slow?

    A: You have a dialup connection or the servers themselves are lagged. 

4. Q: Your support is free for 90 days?

    A: Yes it is. However, we do charge for site changes after 90 days.

5: Q: I want more pages added, does it cost more?

     A: Yes it does. Free support includes minor site changes to existing pages

6: Q: What if I am dissatisfied?

     A: We have a 30 day Refund policy if you are not happy

7: Q: Do I put any money up front?

     A: We require a retainer of 50% payment prior to job commencement

8: Q: What are your terms?

     A: We require full payment for all balances after completion of your site

9:  Q: Do you take credit cards?

      A:  Not at this time

10: Q: Do you provide hosting?
