3423. EMMA OSMUN5 (Charles Irving Osmun4, Sarah Ann Read3, David Read2, Joseph Read1) was born August 1881 in New Jersey and died 1942 (Gentry 2001; Ramseyburg Cemetery. She married circa 1899, James LaRue. He was born 1876 in New Jersey and died 1966 (Ramseyburg Cemetery). In 1910, James and Emma lived on farm on the Belvidere Road in Delaware. They were listed adjacent to Emma's parents on the census. James and Emma owned the farm with a mortgage. James was a general farmer. They had one child, their son Cecil (1910 United States Federal Census, Enumeration District 133, Knowlton Township, Warren County, New Jersey, sheet 4B, 28 April 1910). James and Emma are buried in Ramseyburg Cemetery, Knowlton Township, Warren Conty, New Jersey. Their graves were field checked on 15 April 2005.

3641. (i.) CECIL O. LaRUE6, was born circa 1903 in New Jersey, probably near Delaware, Knowlton Township, Warren County and died 12 July 1941 at the age of 37 (Washington Star, July 1941). In 1910, he lived with his parents on their farm in Delaware. He had not yet started to attend school (1910 United States Federal Census, Enumeration District 133, Knowlton Township, Warren County, New Jersey, sheet 4B, 28 April 1910). He married Ethel (Last Name Unknown). She was born in New Jersey circa 1900 and died unknown. In 1930, Cecil and Ethel lived in Washington, New Jersey in Warren County. Cecil owned a feedstore. He and Ethel owned a house on Lincoln Street in Wasington. The house was valued at $4,000. The couple also owned a radio. Cecil and Ethal had one child in 1930, their four year old son Ralph LaRue (1930 United States Federal Census, Enumeration District 21-34, Wahington Boro, Warren County, New Jersey, Sheet 10A, 12 April 1930). 3656. (i.) RALPH J. LaRUE7, was born 6 July 1925 in New Jersey and died 16 September 2001 (Social Security Death Index). Ralph appears on the 1930 census as a four year old child. He lived with his parents on Lincoln Street in Wasington, Warren County, New Jersey (1930 United States Federal Census, Enumeration District 21-34, Wahington Boro, Warren County, New Jersey, Sheet 10A, 12 April 1930). Ralph's father died a few days after Ralph's 16th birthday. The obituary states that he was formerly of Washington. It is aasumed that the family had moved away from Washington by 1941. Ralph's social security number was issued in New Jersey before 1951. By 1994 he lived at 7728 Dale Drive in Port Richey, Pasco County, Florida. He was still a resident of Port Richey when he died in 2001(Social Security Death Index).
