Grantor: William Snyder and Mary Ann his wife of Dallas Borough, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania
Grantee: Johnson H. Reed of Dallas Borough, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania

Description: Begin at Stone stake corner of Dalla Borough by land of Joseph Atherhalt and other lands of William Snyder, thence south 34 degress 214.7 perches to corner in the line of John Furgeson tract; along the same south 54 degrees west 87 and a half perchers to a corner; thence by other lands of William Snyder north 34 degrees [no second direction] 214.5 perches to a corner in the line of C.D. Huff; thence with Huff's line north 54 degrees east 50 and 25/100 perches to marked maple tree; thence with lands formerly of William Snyder and sold to Ura Oliver, north 52 and 3/4 degrees east 37 perches to the beginning.
