FLORA LOUISA DENNIS VAN SICKLE PHOTO ALBUM
Flora Louisa Dennis was the youngest daughter of David Wilson Dennis and Sarah Elizabeth Read. She was born was born 22 June 1868, in Sussex County, New Jersey and died September 1970. Flora married Dr. Albert Myers (or Meyers) Van Sickle, on 28 April 1897 in Brooklyn, New York. He was the son of Jacob and Hannah Van Sickle. Albert was born 1872 and died 1921. Flora and Albert are buried in the Dennis family plot in Stillwater Cemetery in the village of Stillwater, Stillwater Township, Sussex County, New Jeresey. To the right is a photograph of the main family grave stone for Flora and Albert and their two children, Edith W. Van Sickle Cottrell and Dr. Albert W. Van Sickle (there is also a military stone for Albert behind his parents stone, see link for Albert in the Stillwater Cemetery pages). In front of the main family stone are two footstones labeled mother (on the left) and father (on the right). Individual photographs of these stones are shown below.
