- Each design has two parts:
- Construction Notes -- Part list, cost estimate, how to steps, running about 12 pages
- Plans -- Mechanical drawings, assemblies and parts, in a number of file formats
- All the construction notes are available on this site for free, both large and small
- The small project plans are also free; they are our Freebies
- You can request any of the plans for review without obligation:
- Send in a simple form and I will get back to you, usually within 24 hours
- Limit 2 in 24 hours (many of our files are large)
- You payfor only the plans and other materials that you use in a number of convenient ways. These small payments are critical to keeping this site open.
- Or, buy hardware from our main advertiser, Rockler, but you must use their link on the first page of our Web site above.
- All plans are free to anyone with a physical challenge: RSI, MS, ...
- We have pictures of many of our completed projects in our picture gallery
- We have ideas and designs on an amazing range of subjects:

- Relief from RSI
Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) is a serious malady that we give ourselves with the accumulation of a thousand little strains each day. Relief is mostly common sense:
- If you are in pain, see a doctor!
- Do not work in uncomfortable, awkward ways.
- Do not tolerate bad equipment and furniture.
- Take breaks and make a habit of variety.
- Exercise and keep fit.
