What you can expect from us:

• Mon. - Fri. 9am - 5pm we can usually return your e-mail or voicemail message within the hour.
• Mon. - Fri. after 5pm we try to return e-mail messages until 9pm. We return some voicemail messages until 9am. Otherwise, expect a response the next day.
• Saturday 9am until ? we return e-mail messages and voicemail within 3-4 hours or less.
  Saturday evening we are closed.
• Sunday we are closed. We will return some e-mail messages if you have a paper due the next day and are having a problem and we are able to check our e-mail.

E-mail is the best way to get a response on the weekend.
