Sheila shows us how she measures her customers' heads, then she takes us home to meet her husband Buzz, and their daughter Ericka. Buzz looks and sounds the part of everyone's idea of a cowboy. However, he eats granola for breakfast, doesn't smoke, drink or cuss, and he's very supportive of his wife's business. Ericka goes to a 4 room school with about 40 kids!
